Returns and Refunds


How to make a return?

A. Repackage the product in its original box.

B. Pack the box well to avoid damage.

C. Add the return label found on the welcome envelope.

D. Contact us or directly with UPS to arrange a collection.

E. Once we receive the package, we will notify you via e-mail.

Refunds


Refunds will be made in the same form of payment chosen in the initial purchase. Including only shipping costs in the case of defective products or cancellation errors.

In the case of returns for other reasons, you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs and will have other costs deducted, if applicable.

Also, you must take into account that the management times by our administrative department and the bank, can be delayed up to 10 working days. Although we will always try to make it as soon as possible.

Returns of defective products


The legal guarantee applies 12 months of returns for manufacturing defects in new products. In our case, any initial defect is supported by the established warranty conditions.

If the product is under warranty, we will take care of the shipping costs.

However, products damaged by misuse, wear and tear or neglect are not subject to returns or warranty. Therefore, on our website you will find how to take care of the wood in our clog style sandals.

Changes


Any exchange or return must be within 14 days of receipt of the product. No product will be picked up after the indicated days.

In case of return for a size change, we will take care of the return costs. But we advise you to confirm well from the size guide (in each product file).

In case of a return for reasons not related to the product, the postage will be paid by the buyer.
