Returns and Refunds
How to make a return?
  1. Repack the product in its original box.
  2. Pack the box well to avoid damage.
  3. Contact us to arrange a collection and to provide you with the shipping label.
  4. Once we receive the package, we will notify you via email.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method chosen for the initial purchase. Shipping costs will only be included in the refund in the case of defective products or cancellation errors. For returns due to other reasons, shipping costs will not be reimbursed, and other applicable fees may be deducted. Please note that processing times by our administrative department and the bank may take up to 10 business days, although we will always try to complete it as soon as possible. Outlet items are non-refundable.
Returns of Defective Products

The legal warranty allows for returns due to manufacturing defects in new products for 12 months. In our case, any initial defect is covered by the established warranty conditions. If the product is under warranty, we will cover the shipping costs. However, products damaged by misuse, wear and tear, or neglect will not be subject to returns or warranty. For this reason, you will find information on our website on how to care for the wood of our clog-style sandals. In such cases, you must cover the shipping costs.
Exchanges
Any exchange or return must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. No products will be accepted after the indicated timeframe.
In the case of a return for a size exchange, we will cover the return costs. However, we advise you to carefully confirm your size using the size guide (found in each product file). In the case of a return for reasons unrelated to the product, shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. For Outlet items, size or model exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
